Added 1,200 square feet of additional living space by constructing vertically and adding a full-size 2nd floor – added (3) bedrooms, (1) Master Bath & (1) Common Bath. The 1st Floor was partially reconfigured, (2) bedrooms were consolidated to 1st-floor, live-in suite, complete with a roll-in ADA compliant shower. The original 1st-floor bathroom was deconstructed and was partially distributed to the new suite and the other half was re-purposed into a 1st floor common half bath. The project was very extensive and required delicate coordination of all trades throughout the entire progression of the project.
